Our Team

Connie Rinaldi (Founder/CEO)

With more than 20 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, Connie Rinaldi also brings a background as a successful founder and CEO of a law firm and award-winning legal services company. In those roles, she has recruited and places hundreds of attorneys. At Project Recruit, she leverages her expert knowledge and perspective on building, growing, and staffing law firms and small businesses to her clients.

Connie was elected to be a Board Member on the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC) in March 2024.

Fun Fact about Connie: She’s a former professional poker player.

Nicole Bauder (Senior Legal Recruiter)

Nicole has extensive experience as a paralegal implementing strategy, process, and procedure to find the best candidates for Project Recruit clients.

Nicole is passionate about finding the best fit for the law firm and the candidate. While her primary focus is on recruiting, Nicole also heads up Project Recruit’s marketing efforts.

Fun Fact about Nicole: She loves to read and play baseball with her son.

Dan Savage (Director of Operations)

Dan worked in Operations at several large law firms where he was responsible for the development of processes and systems, improving and growing teams, and overall management of daily operations. His keen eye for operations is an asset to Project Recruit.

Fun Fact about Dan: He is a Buffalo Bills fan and has season tickets.
